Salon Policy

  • Appointments are available on a month-to-month basis. You may add your name to the waitlist if you are looking for an appointment for the current month, and in the event of a cancellation, you will be alerted.

  • As a courtesy, appointment reminders requesting you to confirm your appointment are sent via text message and email three days before all appointments. I ask that you confirm your appointment via text by following the prompts from the confirmation message. All appointments must be confirmed 72- hours before the scheduled start time. A text message reminder for all appointments will be sent 24 hours prior, and an email will be sent to the address on file 12 hrs before to ensure there is no confusion on the date/ time of your appointment.

    SICKNESS: If there is a chance you may be sick less than seven days before your scheduled appointment, PLEASE cancel your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT to reach out to the salon; YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. It is much easier to email the salon explaining your situation and possibly being able to reschedule than being charged the total amount for your service for canceling outside of the 3-day policy.

    Clients with a history of no-calls or no-shows must pay 50% of their scheduled appointment PRIOR in order to be seen. These fees are credited toward the cost of your upcoming service.

    All deposits and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment.

    You will have the opportunity to cancel or reschedule up to 3 days prior.

    If you cancel outside this cancelation window (less than 72 hours’ notice), you will be charged the total amount of the scheduled service.

    Non-cancellations or "No-Show/No Call No Show" will be charged 100% of the original service booked.

    You cannot schedule future appointments if you miss or cancel two consecutive appointments, you cannot schedule future appointments.

    ​By providing CRWN'd Salon with your credit card information when you reserve your appointment, you agree to the cancellation terms of your card on file being charged if you breach our Cancellation Policy, miss your appointment time, are not prepared for your appointment (hair not taken out from a previous style, no Curly Cut prep), or do not show up.

    ​Your credit card information is safe and protected within our system.

  • Due to an unfortunate increase in new client no-shows and invalid cards being listed on file, all new clients must submit a $50 reservation fee before the salon can approve their appointment. Your deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of your appointment request, or the appointment request will be declined. This prevents clients from "holding a spot" too long and allows willing clients to acquire desired openings. An invoice from CRWN'd salon will be emailed or sent via text to the information provided once your request has been made. Once your $50 Reservation fee has been paid, the salon will accept the appointment, and the $50 will be deducted from your balance.

    If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your appointment and it is within the 3-day (72-hour) cancellation window, a full refund will be given in the original form of payment.

    Example: If a customer requests a Curly Cut appointment for $180, a $50 deposit is required. The client's appointment is on September 6th. If they cancel anytime before September 3rd ( 3 days before the appointment), they will receive their $50 deposit back.

    Cancellations outside the 3-day (72-hour) window will forfeit the $50 deposit.

    Example: If a customer requests a Curly Cut appointment for $180, a $50 deposit is required. The client's appointment is on September 6th. Suppose they email or call the salon to cancel their appointment on September 3rd, 4th, or 5th. In that case, they will forfeit their $50 deposit for not allowing the salon a grace period to fill their slot. No other charges will be applied to the card on file.

    No-Call/No-Show appointment forfeits the $50 deposit, and the salon will charge the remainder balance of the appointment to the card listed on file.

    Example: If a customer requests a Curly Cut appointment for $180, a $50 deposit is required. The client's appointment is on September 6th, and if they do not show up on the day of their appointment or call/email the day of their appointment to cancel. The $50 deposit will be forfeited to the salon, and the customer will be charged the remaining balance of $130 for their scheduled appointment.

    All reservation fees will be applied to scheduled service.

    *IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR APPOINTMENT, BUT YOU ARE STILL RECEIVING REMINDERS, THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED, AND I WILL BE EXPECTING YOU ON THE DATE OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, OR YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

  • It's understood that "life happens." If, for any reason, you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to a scheduled appointment, send the salon a message at 717 723-8174. Please leave a message or text this number if you receive no answer, as I am possibly with a client or away from the phone.

    I work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest's schedule for that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

  • Pricing for CRWN’d Salon is based on the average time it takes to perform the desired service, the products used to complete the service, and the level of skill required to perform the service. Prices listed may increase due to preparation work performed, i.e., detangling knotted/matted hair, due to the extended amount of time this will require. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have a specific pricing question, please inquire before being serviced. I can give a close estimate only, not definite prices before the service is completed, as the price can vary for the amount of hair color used to complete the service.

  • I pride myself on providing all clients fantastic service and quality customer care. As a professional, highly skilled, and experienced Curl Expert, I will give you the best hair care possible.

    If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service due to a possible error by me, don't hesitate to contact me within seven days of your appointment. You will be asked for photos of your hair, and if there is an error on my behalf, I will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment within 5-10 business days of your appointment. I would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as I value you as a guest. I do not offer refunds for salon services.

  • I kindly ask that you advise me of any illness, injury, or changes to your health status before any services are conducted. I cannot be held responsible if a client does not disclose pertinent health information.

  • All major credit and debit cards, Apple, and cash are accepted. I do not accept checks.
